Reporting Your Success
The week after College Application Month, site coordinators receive a link to a reporting survey to report their results.
To help you gather the necessary information and prepare your answers, this is the information you will be asked to provide:
- 1. Your contact information.
- 2. How many graduating seniors are in your school?
- 3. How many graduating seniors participated in your College Application Month event?
- 4. How many total applications were submitted during your College Application Month event? (Count each college applied to: if one SUNY application was submitted for 4 colleges, count as 4.)
- 5.How many additional applications were begun but not yet submitted during your College Application Month event?
- 6. Did more students submit applications because of College Application Month?
- 7. What is the total number of fee waivers submitted by students at your College Application Month event?
- 8. How many volunteers participated in your College Application Month event?
- 9. Who participated as volunteers? Choose all that apply.
- 10. Did you have enough volunteers?
